Great place, wonderful atmosphere, service, polite, attentive and organized.

Exceptional, competent & professional service. All Interactions, are always very polite and courteous. A shout out to Kevin, my service advisor and Nathan, the technician that did my work. I fully trust them, and have been taking my car there for service since purchasing my 2021 Rogue. Most recently I got an oil change from another establishment out of the area, that told me I had critical issues that needed to be taken care. Fortunately when I came back to Mike Rezi Nissan to verify, I was told that that information was incorrect; not only was I charged more for basic oil change & tire rotation, but was told I needed a critical work done to the tune of about $700 Which, after getting the second opinion was not needed. They have my highest recommendation for honest, competent work. 👍

I don’t usually leave good reviews for car dealerships, but Connor at Mike Rezi Nissan earned this one. I had done my homework, had quotes from other dealers, and was on my way to Macon to buy an Armada unless they could beat the deal. Connor and the team beat it, kept everything straightforward, and earned my business. No market adjustments, no unnecessary add-ons, no games. They got me in and out quickly, and I was on my way in the new vehicle. Great experience and exactly how buying a car should be. I would bring my mom or daughter here.

We were assisted by Jose and he was so helpful. He entertained all our questions and recommended helpful tips about cars. The transaction in Mike Rezi was smooth and fast. We didn’t get a hard time in processing papers since they were the ones who processed everything for us. We even get the car delivered on the same day too. Overall, we were greatly satisfied in our experience in Mike Rezi.

My Nissan Kicks was ready for the November 2024 service. I drove to my Nissan Dealership, Mike Rezi in Doraville, and was greeted with a big pleasant smile while Kevin from the Service Desk said he would check the car in. I inquired whether Israel Rebollar were available. Each of the prior services, Israel had taken care of my car and I feel comfortable listening to his advice. The car was "pampered" in a timely fashion while I waited indoors. The waiting area was clean and people friendly. There was time for me to catch up with my work and there was plenty of space in the waiting area. It area was quiet and I could focus on completing my work. Although I received a text message, Israel personally came to let me know that the car was ready. I appreciate "people to people" connection. My car was sparkling as though it was a brand new car.
